見圳客戶端.深圳新聞網2021年4月16日訊（記者 張藝齡 張喆 李丹璐 張玲）深圳又名“鵬城”，來源即是大鵬所城。大鵬所城全稱“大鵬守御千戶所城”，位于廣東省深圳市大鵬區，是明清兩代中國海防的軍事要塞，有“沿海所城，大鵬為最”之稱。
Shenzhen is also known as"Pengcheng", the origin of which is Dapeng Fortress. Located in Dapeng New District,Dapeng Fortress was a military stronghold of China's coastal defense in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

擁有600多年歷史的大鵬所城，至今依然保存完整。據記載，大鵬所城建于明洪武二十七年（1394年），所城平面呈近梯形布局，占地約10萬平方米，城墻高6米、長1200米。全城分東、西、南、北四個城門，每個城門上建有一座敵樓，兩邊各設兩個警鋪。
自明初建城以來，大鵬所城出過十幾個將軍，一直擔負著深港地區的海防安全，是明清時期反抗外侮、捍衛主權的主要海防堡壘之一。
With a history of more than600 years, Dapeng Fortress is still well-preserved. According to the records, Dapeng Fortress was built in the Ming Dynasty (1394). The fortress covers an area of about100,000 square meters with gates in four direction: east, west, north and south.
Since its construction, Dapeng Fortress has been one of the main coastal defense forts against foreign invasion in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. More than a dozen generals from here were responsible for the security of the sea defense of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
